Neil Watson (Director)

Neil leads the audit and assurance division and has more than 30 years experience providing audit and accounting services to large companies, not-for-profit organisations, companies limited by guarantee, incorporated associations and Self Managed Superannuation Funds. Neil’s areas of expertise include financial reporting, external audit, trust account examinations, business risk and internal control, business process improvement, due diligence and corporate governance.

Neil is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a registered company auditor, an external examiner with the Law Society of New South Wales and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Eriko Steane (HR and Finance Officer)

Eriko is a highly experienced finance and human resources officer. Eriko worked as the Finance Manager at Rhema FM Newcastle for 16 years prior to joining goodCOM. Eriko has vast experience using Xero software from end to end bookkeeping, understanding of the Not-For-Profit environment having worked directly in it, and she has the gift of compassion and understanding when communicating with people. 

Savio D’Souza (Audit Manager) CPA

Savio is a competent Audit Manager that is known for his high level of integrity and professionalism. He began his career at KPMG. Savio tends to think “outside the box” to ensure clients audit quality is exceeded well above client expectations. Savio has significant experience with audit client’s compliance with the Corporations Act 2001 and the ACNC Act 2012 both for profit and not-for-profit entities.

Julian Concepcion (Audit Manager) CPA

Julian is a highly skilled Audit Manager with extensive experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, and began his career at KPMG. Julian is results-orientated with a client focus and has significant technical knowledge in IFRS and AAS. He is able to design and formulate an audit plan and strategy to optimise the quality audit with efficient execution resulting in quality outcomes for his clients in a variety of industries including but not limited to: Independent Private Schools, Australian Financial Services Licenses (AFSLs), Insurance Companies, Mutual Benefit Associations, Land Councils in NSW, Hospitality and Registered Clubs, Retail, Energy and Manufacturing. In addition to these sectors, Julian has significant experience auditing trust accounts for solicitors, real estate agencies, and conveyancers.

Debbie Grach (Senior Bookkeeper) Xero Advisor

Debbie has extensive experience as a Senior Bookkeeper, BAS Agent and Xero advisor with over 20 years’ experience in Bookkeeping. She holds Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping & BAS Agent. Debbie provides expert in financial management, end to end bookkeeping, including Payroll, Xero set up’s, training and compliance services to businesses across various industries, from startups to established businesses. Debbie believes in building strong relationships based on trust and transparency and works with clients to optimize their accounting processes, to improve efficiencies and achieve their financial goals.

Celisa Victorino (Audit Senior) CPA

Celisa is an experience auditor who commenced her career at EY. Her expertise includes financial statement analysis, end-to-end audits for clients across various industries including NFP organisations, childcare and early education centres, mining, oil and gas, consumer products and technology. She has been entrusted managing audit strategies, supervising staff and enhancing client relationships.

Jem Betania (Bookkeeper) CPA, Xero Advisor

Jem is an experience bookkeeper and assists with ATO tax compliance gained from her experience when she first commenced her career at KPMG and other firms. She is experience in setting up both national and international entities and has extensive experience in bookkeeping compliance from implementation of Xero files and conversion, processing superannuation and preparation of BAS’s. Jem maintains strong client relations and acts as a vital contact person for client queries.
